One Last Message

Recently i had a situation with a person spamming on the game page and my socials that he wanted clara to be in the game and that he would take down the game if I didn’t removed  herta,i blocked that person and realized how much i wouldn’t care if the game got taken down honestly… this situation has got me to take the ultimate decision, with a long of others reasons to stop working on this game, so this page won’t be receiving more updates in the future, I’m going to explain why:

This Started as a passion project because just like you i was a genshin fan too, it was created with the intention to learn how to develop mobile games and to have a place where nsfw animations could be reused, since i feel it was a waste of time to animate something that would be used on just one video, as you might now i use to make shitposting on tiktok… i stopped playing genshin long ago, in fact i don’t like it anymore, thanks to Dehya and Furina and star rail, i felt burnout of hoyoverse games when fontaine and star rail launched, i just realized playing that games wasn’t fun for me, i didn’ liked star rail, and i’m not interested on ZZZ either, i move away from gacha games like a year ago, that coincides with the times i got into a genre of games that i loved when i was younger, and playing gacha games just feel bad compared to real games, you all liked genshin because you like anime, i’m not a big anime fan but i love videogames, so i might not be interested in the kind of stuff you like from those kind of games honestly.

As i Say before this was a passion project from one genshin fan to another, so when the passion dried I started looking at this app with a more cynical view, when the game became viral on tiktok i wasn’t prepared, the game wasn’t posted on any page, and it’s wasn’t monetized, so the majority of players didn’t even download the game from me, telegram groups and reposters grabbed a lot of those downloads and those players never realized the game was getting updates, so the most popular version of the game it’s a version from almost 2 years ago, and as that the game never got actual support from the players.

Unlike Your favorite content creators, i don’t live of doing genshin stuff, i used to make videos and the app on my free time, but something from last year happened and i wasn’t able to keep working as much as before on content, and these year i got into a new job that doesn’t allow me to keep working on nsfw content anymore… So in simple words, I failed as a content creator because I never chased monetization and the game never grew up naturally to put me in a position to focus more on the game, a game day requires more and more work from me each day, remodels, reworks, portings, new functions zones and options, 2 different versions, android 14 and 15  upgrades, which is a nightmare to work with since i don’t have android 14 devices, neither i know anyone who had one IRL.

I started the patreon page with a one usd tier because i knew i wouldn’t be able to do much content, so i thought it was fair, that didn’t work to make people interested, in fact i receive a lot of DMs of people asking me for the premium codes every day instead of joining patreon for it, so even if i quit my job and raise to 5 usd the patreon prices like every other content creator does, that doesn’t guarantee me that people would actually join since a lot of people can’t even join to a 1 usd patreon, so i really see how in the future the game would never be profitable and feel like a waste of time to keep working on it.

As for the Patreons and people who believed and supported the project i want to send a big thank you,it felt very good to receive so much support from you guys, thank you to be with me on these times, And for the patreons don’t worry, the dating updates and the pc version would be exclusive for you all, as a thanks for the people who make an effort to support me there and the next Yelan date update is coming next for both the android and pc versions, since those are already being worked, future updates and dates would depend on how the Yelan date gets received, as the patreon page might get closed in the future too, so let's just wait for the next few updates that are being worked in the meantime.

This doesn’t mean i’m moving away from game development, i’m starting a new solo project that is an original game, it won’t be focused on sex animations, but it would feature a NSFW content, and i’m working on a team with other people on something that i’m not allowed to talk, so i hope you like those two projects in the future, also i’m doing modding stuff for other games.

This Won’t be the end of the app, but it is at least for the itch io page of the game, unless the game magically becomes successful, something that we all know it’s not going to happen, this page just would stay as an archive for the older updates…
